Amy Bowlen, FAPR, RDR, CBC, CRR, is VITAC's Manager, Realtime Captioning Training. She has been with us for more than 20 years and was one of our first realtime captioners. Her captioning, leadership, and teaching skills have made her an invaluable part of the team. She now trains new and experienced realtime captioners and oversees realtime captioning quality control. Amy has presented numerous seminars and workshops on realtime writing and closed captioning, including Realtime Captioning Boot Camp sessions conducted in conjunction with Stark State College..
